APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY.

As of January 2022 Green Viper Auto Detailing requires deposits on all appointments in order to schedule service.

 

Please note that when you book with us that this is an appointment with us which means that we have exclusively reserved time in our schedule for you. Sadly we over the last 8 months of being in business we have seen a ton of cancellations and last minute rescheduling.

 

Based on our current pricing minimum requirements for deposits are as follows $25, $50 or $100.

 

Is the deposit an additional fee?

NO the deposit will go towards the total price of services rendered. IT IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL FEE! 

 

Why do I have to place a deposit?

 

We have seen an increase in cancellations and last minute rescheduling. This brings a lot of issues with small businesses like ours. The deposit ensures you are serious about working with us.

 

What about Nasty weather and I paid my deposit?

 

For mobile jobs there is no additional deposit necessary we’ll just reschedule with you.
