Does the Venom package include interior shampoo?

Yes, the Venom mobile detailing package will make the interior of your car look and feel like new!

I have leather seats, does the price change?

Typically, the pricing doesn’t change based on the type of seats in your car. We steam clean and condition your leather seats, so the cost remains the same.

 

Do you clean the headliner?

Great question! Yes, we spot clean and, in some cases, steam clean the headliner, ensuring your car is cleaned from top to bottom, front to back.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as online payment platforms for bank transfers and other methods.

 

Do I have to pay the full price upfront?

Not at all! However, we do require a deposit to secure your appointment in our schedule. Even if you’ve chosen a time and date, the appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final price.

 

Where will the detailing be done?

99% of our car detailing services are done on-site, meaning we come to you! We bring our own water and electricity, so you won’t have to leave your home or wait around. The shop comes to you!

 

Will you need access to water and electricity?

While most of our clients in Stone Mountain provide access to their water spigot and electrical outlet, we come fully prepared. As a mobile detailing service, we carry our own water tank and power generator, especially for clients in apartment complexes where utilities may not be easily accessible.

How long will the service take?

On average, our services take between 2 to 4 hours. Depending on your vehicle's size and condition, the time may vary. We appreciate your patience and promise the results will be worth the wait!

Will this remove scratches from my car?

The venom package won’t remove scratches, as it doesn’t include the exterior polish like our Viper Package does.
